Information you provide
If you submit a dealer enquiry, Vens may receive your name, business email, company name, country or region, business type, website or social profile, models and enquiry topics selected, and the message you provide.
The enquiry form does not request identity documents, payment card details, bank information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
How information is used
Information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, share relevant public product information, discuss availability, and continue a dealer or business conversation you requested.
Online form availability
The public website only sends an online enquiry when a real form endpoint has been configured. If no endpoint is configured, the website does not transmit the form and does not display a false success message. A clearly labelled email option may be shown when a contact email is available.
Cookies and tracking
The current public website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or automated profiling. The site may store a necessary language preference locally in the browser so that the selected language can be remembered on future visits. Hosting providers may process basic technical logs as needed to deliver and secure the website.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry information is used for the requested Vens business communication. Vens does not publish enquiry details on the website. Information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business conversation, or meet applicable record-keeping needs.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the dealer form. You may also ask about information previously provided, or request that the Vens team correct or remove it where appropriate.
Contact
Contact information will be available when the public site is launched.
Policy updates
This page may be updated when the website, enquiry workflow, or data handling practices change. The date above identifies the current published version.
